OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Must be 18 years of age or older, a legal U.S. resident and a homeowner in a Unique Home Solutions service area to be eligible to enter and win. One entry per household.
2. Employees of Unique Home Solutions, their affiliates, advertising agencies and families of each are not eligible to win.
3. Unique Home Solutions customers can enter on the website or by postal mail. Send postcard with name, address and telephone number to 2023 Remodeling Sweepstakes, Unique Home Solutions, 5550 Progress Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46241.
4. All entries must be postmarked or received online by midnight on the following date to be eligible: Enter for the 2023 Mid-year $25,000 prize by midnight June 30, 2023. Winner drawn on, or about July 31, 2023. Enter for the 2023 Year-end $25,000 prize by midnight December 31, 2023. Winner drawn on, or about January 31, 2024.
5. Federal, state and local laws are applicable. Void where prohibited. Federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be redeemed within one year of award.
6. Estimated odds of winning are 1:100,000; actual odds depend on number of entries.
7. Winners will be notified by mail or phone within 2 weeks of drawing.
8. No purchase is required to enter or win.
9. All prizes are awarded in retail value of home improvements. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
