While it’s not everyday we get a phone call from a satisfied customer, we are extremely proud when it happens. Our Service Coordinator, Cheri, received a phone call from a Mr. Ellis regarding his most recent service. Below is the email she sent out to the company on his behalf.
Yesterday morning (4/16/12) Mr. Ellis called in and said that his pump was running all the time. He thought something was wrong with the float switch and wanted to make sure that it was working before we got more heavy rain.
I called Ryan and he worked Mr. Ellis into his schedule yesterday, had the wrong pump on his truck, drove all the way back to the shop from Anderson, picked up a new pump and returned to the customer. Ryan collected the amount for the new pump and continued on with this day.
When I called Mr. Ellis to verify satisfaction, he said he has never seen a company that had such supreme customer service. He said he “felt like he was our only customer” because we gave him such immediate attention. He also said that “Ryan was very informative and knowledgeable and explained why he needed a new pump.”
We were even more excited when he told me “Unique Home Solutions is on top of his list of great companies!”
